Affiliate Terms
These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the RROI Affiliate Program. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms in addition to the main RROI Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Overview
The RROI Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote RROI using an assigned affiliate code and approved marketing material. Subject to these terms, affiliates may earn commission on qualifying paid Premium upgrades completed through their approved affiliate code.
2. Eligibility
To apply to become an affiliate, you must have an active RROI Premium subscription and a valid RROI account in good standing. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
RROI may approve, decline, suspend, or revoke affiliate access at its discretion where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, brand reputation, operational integrity, or legal compliance requirements.
3. Application and Approval
After submitting an affiliate application, your application will be reviewed manually. Affiliate access becomes active only once approval has been granted by RROI.
Until approval is confirmed by RROI, no applicant may represent themselves as an authorised RROI affiliate.
4. Affiliate Code
Approved affiliates receive a unique affiliate code and referral link. These may be displayed within the affiliate dashboard or other official RROI systems.
Affiliates are responsible for using their affiliate code honestly, lawfully, and only in accordance with these Affiliate Terms and any official guidance issued by RROI.
5. Qualifying Commissions
Commission is earned only on qualifying paid Premium upgrades successfully completed using an approved affiliate code and recorded by RROI systems as attributable to that affiliate.
No commission is payable on fraudulent transactions, reversed or refunded payments, duplicate accounts, test transactions, renewals unless expressly stated otherwise, or any transaction that RROI reasonably determines to be invalid, manipulated, abusive, misleading, or non-genuine.
6. Discounts and Commission Structure
Customers using an approved affiliate code may receive the discount applicable at the time of purchase, if any.
RROI may change pricing, discount structures, commission rates, referral mechanics, payout thresholds, promotional campaigns, or affiliate program rules from time to time.
7. Payouts
Affiliate commissions are paid subject to the official payout schedule, minimum payout threshold, verification checks, and payout rules determined by RROI.
RROI may withhold, delay, reverse, reject, or adjust commissions associated with refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, fraud investigations, invalid transactions, incorrect payout details, verification reviews, or breaches of these Affiliate Terms.
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that payout banking details provided to RROI are complete and accurate.
8. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates must promote RROI honestly, lawfully, professionally, and in good faith. Affiliates may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims about RROI, its services, pricing, emergency function, legal status, or potential affiliate earnings.
Affiliates may not market RROI as a medical service, healthcare provider, emergency responder, or guaranteed life-saving solution.
- No spam, harassment, or deceptive marketing practices.
- No impersonation of RROI, including fake pages, fake support accounts, misleading domains, or pretending to be an employee or official representative.
- No misleading medical, healthcare, emergency response, or safety-related claims.
- No editing or altering official RROI branding, pricing, advertisements, or approved marketing material without written permission from RROI.
- No conduct that may reasonably harm users, the platform, or the RROI brand.
9. Official Marketing Material and Brand Use
Approved affiliates may access official RROI marketing resources, advertisements, captions, hashtags, videos, graphics, and promotional material through the affiliate dashboard or other approved RROI channels.
Affiliates may use only official RROI-approved marketing material unless written permission is granted by RROI to create or publish custom content.
RROI may require any post, caption, advertisement, video, website, or promotional material to be edited, corrected, unpublished, or removed if it is inaccurate, misleading, outdated, non-compliant, harmful to the brand, or inconsistent with official RROI positioning.
10. Tax Responsibility
Affiliates are solely responsible for complying with their own tax, accounting, reporting, registration, and SARS obligations relating to any affiliate commissions or income earned through the RROI Affiliate Program.
11. Affiliate Deactivation
Affiliates may request or use available platform tools to deactivate their affiliate access. Deactivation does not delete the affiliate account, affiliate code, referral history, payout history, or related records.
Affiliate codes remain the property of RROI and may not be transferred, sold, reassigned, or reused by another person.
RROI may retain affiliate, referral, payout, and program records for operational, legal, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, compliance, and audit purposes.
If an affiliate later reapplies or reactivates their affiliate access, RROI may reactivate the existing affiliate profile and code subject to Premium subscription status, account standing, and program rules.
12. Suspension and Termination
RROI may suspend or terminate affiliate access immediately if these Affiliate Terms are breached, if misuse or fraud is suspected, if the affiliate’s Premium subscription is no longer active, or if RROI reasonably determines that continued participation creates legal, operational, security, compliance, or reputational risk.
On suspension or termination, unpaid commissions may be withheld to the extent reasonably necessary to investigate invalid activity, fraud, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or other breaches of these Affiliate Terms.
13. No Employment or Partnership
Participation in the affiliate program does not create any employment, agency, joint venture, franchise, or partnership relationship between the affiliate and RROI.
Affiliates act solely as independent promotional partners.
14. No Guaranteed Earnings
RROI does not guarantee any level of referrals, conversions, commissions, approval, or income.
Affiliate earnings, if any, depend on multiple factors including valid referrals, completed payments, compliance with these terms, approved marketing activity, and the commercial performance of the affiliate program.
15. Changes to the Program
RROI may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue the affiliate program, or amend these Affiliate Terms, commission rules, discount rules, qualification criteria, payout structures, marketing rules, or affiliate tools from time to time.
Continued participation after updated terms or rules are published constitutes acceptance of those updated terms.
16. Main Terms and Privacy Policy
These Affiliate Terms must be read together with the main RROI Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Affiliate Terms and the main RROI Terms & Conditions, these Affiliate Terms apply specifically to the affiliate program.
17. Governing Law
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
